SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is based upon quantity of items and weight. Amount will be applied at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipping.

Return Policy
Due to the small batch pouring of our candles, all sales are final. If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us to begin the replacement process.

Pre-order Policy

A Pre-Order item(s) is purchased BEFORE availability. Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. Warm Wick PRE-ORDERS will not ship till the listed date. The listed date can be found in the descriptions of the product.

Please note each pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing your item from Warm Wick Candles Candles. Special seasonal pre-orders or custom orders may take longer to ship. To avoid delay in shipping other pre-order sale items and ready-to-ship items, please place each pre-order sale in a separate order. All items placed in the same order are shipped together.

Estimated production time on all Pre-Orders is SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Please DO NOT contact us on the status of your pre-order before the estimated production time listed. You will receive USPS tracking via email once your pre-order items have shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, and we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your specified date.

Pre-orders can have delays. When placing your pre-order, you agree to these terms. DO NOT put in a pre-order if you are unwilling to wait for your item(s) to arrive.*NO PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR PRE-ORDER. Thank you, Warm Wick Candles.



CANDLE PARTIES/EXPERIENCE POLICY

  • The cancellation policy is that we are required to give 48 hours notice of any scheduled reservation. If the total number of guests in your party exceeds the reservation total, the additional guests will be considered as a walk-in guest/s and seated for the experience based upon availability only. Seating up to 12 people is the maximum number of seats available.
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Glassware can be provided. Food is not permitted in the studio, only appetizers provided by Warm Wick.
  • Guests, please arrive on time.  Any parties arriving 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled reservation may be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation. Please call or text if you are running behind schedule.
  • Parties conclude at the time listed in the reservation. 
  • Guests assume all risks associated with the candle experience, including spills of wax and fragrance oil on clothing. Aprons are provided. 
  • No refunds. Only exchanges for a future date. 
  • Owner is allowed to cancel at any time during an emergency. We are owner-operated and a small business, please understand that things happen, be patient and graceful. If at any time, the owner has to cancel a candle experience or candle party, we will reach out to reschedule or issue a credit for a future date, if agreed.
