Artisan & Community Leader Collaborations

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Warm Wick! We love working with local artisans and community leaders to bring unique, hands-on intimate experiences to our space. Please complete this form, and we will follow up to discuss hosting your workshop/event.

🔹 Warm Wick provides the space for free when at least 10-12 attendees book the $40 candle-making experience.
🔹 You set your own pricing and get paid directly for your time!
🔹 We will create an event product page for easy online checkout.
🔹 Hosts receive a special gift as a thank-you for collaborating with us!
🔹 All candle makers receive 15% off to shop in-store or online at Warm Wick.
🔹 Amenities included: Private space, kitchen sink access, private bathroom, mini fridge, and a table for snack/food setup.

We work with local artisans/leaders to combine their talents with our candle experiences.

How does it work - If you create the best permanent jewelry, create skincare, demonstrate a group, showcase or have some other superpower that can be done in a workshop setting - please, contact us and set up a date to host your event.  You would need to get a minimum of 12-14 people to attend the workshop/event (you let me know what your own cost is & we pay you for your time - just remember to include in your price the cost of $45 per person for the candle experience portion of the workshop/event). This special rate is designed to ensure profitability for everyone. We will host your workshop/event in our store for 1.5 - 2 hours.  The first 30 to 45 minutes will be dedicated to the candle experience then we will take a short break and the last 30 to 45 minutes will be dedicated to your workshop. 

This is our way of providing local artisans/artists/community leaders a place to showcase their talents and share information while earning money without having to pay to rent a space. For the cost of 12-14 people doing the candle experience, we provide you with the space for 2 hours.  This is our way of helping our community and bringing awareness to our beautiful boutique and candle bar- Sometimes two heads are better than one!
