What makes Warm Wick different?
Warm Wick, LLC is a candle boutique based in Brookfield, IL. It is a luxury aromatherapy brand created and designed with sustainable and eco-friendly ingredients with a mission of sharing Latino and Chicagoan roots. The company was founded by Mexican-American Chandler, Yezenia Tejeda. Remembering how her mother and father would inspire her emotional comfort and relaxation, she set out out to craft candles based on her homage. Our candles are inspired by Latino heritage, culture, traditions, food, and nature. Yezenia's journey evolved from her personal experiences and the strength of Latino gente.
Warm Wick keeps it local and creates high-quality candles in small batches. Warm Wick candles are made with premium fragrance oils. Through our creative expression, testing and minimalist refinement, we set to produce candles of excellence while respecting the natural raw ingredients. Our candles do not have any preservatives, no phthalates or petroleum or artificial dyes. We use recyclable and eco-friendly amber jars. We also trim every wick, design every label, tag, and package all orders by hand. Our priority is to create products that are natural, ambient, serene and minimal using 100% natural soy wax. We use cotton, hemp and wooden wicks. Warm Wick candles are made in Brookfield, IL USA.
What ingredients do we use?
Our candles do not have any preservatives, no phthalates or petroleum or artificial dyes. Warm Wick will always disclose our scent ingredients. All of our fragrances are phthalate-free and we use premium fragrance oils!
Warm Wick uses 100% Natural Soy Wax derived from soy beans, so you’re not inadvertently getting a paraffin blend.
Warm Wick uses toxin-free ingredients, sourced naturally and in season.
Warm Wick uses Organic Hemp Wicks are 100% beeswax coated. Wooden wicks are FSC certified approved. Cotton Wicks are 100% Natural Cotton, no lead, zinc or other metals.

JARS
Each amber jar is made up of 100% recycled glass and can be repurposed for your crafts or home projects.
NON-TOXIC FRAGRANCES
The reality is that many candles have chemicals that contain synthetic petrochemicals made from crude oil that carry carcinogens and have reproductive toxicity warnings.
Warm Wick will always disclose our scent ingredients. All of our fragrances are phthalate-free and we use premium fragrance oils!
NO PETROLEUM WAX
Mainstream candles are primarily made of paraffin wax, which is petroleum-based. Plant-based waxes, including coconut, soy, and beeswax, can offer a more natural, sustainable approach.
Warm Wick uses 100% Natural Soy Wax derived from soy beans, so you’re not inadvertently getting a paraffin blend.
CLEAN-BURNING
Artificial fragrance can be a combination of hundreds of allergy-inducing chemicals, many of which can trigger headaches, migraines, and asthma attacks.

To play it safe, look for 100 percent cotton, hemp, or wood wicks.

PACKAGING MATERIALS
We use 100% recycled boxes, shredded paper filler and eco-friendly reinforced kraft tape.
Can your jars be recycled?
Yes, absolutely. Warm Wick is happy to announce that we've launched a candle jar recycling program.
Return your cleaned, empty candle jars to our candle boutique and receive $1 in store credit for every jar returned (minimum of 3) towards your purchase.
Are your products pet-friendly?
At Warm Wick we love our animals as much as you do, and our products are created to be generally safe for pets. Our products are not tested on animals, but we always recommend using them as directed according to our warning labels.
What if a product is sold out?
If a product is marked as sold out, we will restock shortly. From the product page, click 'Notify Me When this is Back in Stock' to sign up to be notified via email when the product is available again.
ORDERS
Do you offer wholesale prices?
We sure do. To request to become a Warm Wick stockist, please submit your store's information under Create Account at info@warmwickco.com, and we will follow up shortly.
Whether you're a vendor or retailer who is interested in carrying our lovely products or you would like to include our products at your event, Warm Wick is happy to work with you. We offer wholesale options for retailers as well as any event, such as weddings, birthdays, baby showers, company events, and fundraisers.
Our candles, wax melts and room sprays are available for wholesale. If you are interested in re-selling Warm Wick products for your shop, please fill out the complete form and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. We also offer several wholesale resources for our stockists to use to which include photography, printable cards, merchandise guides, terms, signage, and more!

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we created the Warm Wick eGift Card. Let your loved one choose their favorite Warm Wick fragrance.
Gift cards are delivered by email after purchase. We do not ship physical gift cards. If you'd like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please include their email address at checkout.
Gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50 and $100 increments only and there are no additional processing fees.
Can I pick up my order from Warm Wick store?

How do I start a candle subscription?
To start your candle subscription, click “Subscription Box”, from the mega menu, select your 1st & 2nd scent preference, choose your subscription plan, then add to cart.
You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your next shipment, and will also receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
There are many ways to buy candles these days. Whether you go to the store, shop online, or receive regifted candles from your Tia Marta, candles are sweet, comforting and a great gift. Consider purchasing a Warm Wick Subscription Candle Box for yourself or as a gift for someone special.
Does Warm Wick offer installment plans?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay installments on orders $50+.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the U.S., including to Alaska and Hawaii!
We currently offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination, and include the cost of any duties and taxes upfront so you won't be charged later on.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during major sales or holidays.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 3-10business daysto arrive, depending on location. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer.
International transit times are listed at checkout and depend on the destination.
How do I track my order?
An order's tracking status may take 48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 48 hours, please reach out to us. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly for any shipping related issues , they will have more information available.
RETURNS
Can I return or exchange a Warm Wick item?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Warm Wick products, we would love to help you! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you.
If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a with a detailed description.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by Warm Wick are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
