• The cancellation policy is that we are required to give 48 hours notice of any scheduled reservation. If the total number of guests in your party exceeds the reservation total, the additional guests will be considered as a walk-in guest/s and seated for the experience based upon availability only. Seating up to 10 people is the maximum number of seats available.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Glassware can be provided. Only snacks is permitted in our boutique or treats provided by Warm Wick's Preferred Vendor, Krispies.
• Guests, please arrive on time.  Any parties arriving 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled reservation may be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation. Please call or text if you are running behind schedule.
• Parties conclude at the time listed in the reservation. 
• Guests assume all risks associated with the candle experience, including spills of wax and fragrance oil on clothing. Aprons are provided. 
• Absolutely, no refunds. Only exchanges for a future date. 
• Owner is allowed to cancel at any time during an emergency. We are owner-operated and a small business, please understand that things happen, be patient and graceful. If at any time, the owner has to cancel a candle experience or candle party, we will reach out to reschedule or issue a credit for a future date, if agreed.

6. Warm Wick offers professionalism and organization: Requiring deposits demonstrates professionalism and organization on the part of the host. It instills confidence in guests at our candle parties will be well-planned and executed, enhancing the overall experience.

7. Customization and Personalization: Knowing the number of confirmed participants through deposits allows the organizer to tailor the experience to the group's size and preferences, ensuring a more personalized and engaging candle-making party.
