Candle Party Booking Policy
- The cancellation policy is that we are required to give 48 hours notice of any scheduled reservation. If the total number of guests in your party exceeds the reservation total, the additional guests will be considered as a walk-in guest/s and seated for the experience based upon availability only. Seating up to 12 people is the maximum number of seats available.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Glassware can be provided. Food is not permitted in the studio, only charcuterie and treats provided by Warm Wick's Preferred Vendors.
- Guests, please arrive on time. Any parties arriving 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled reservation may be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation. Please call or text if you are running behind schedule.
- Parties conclude at the time listed in the reservation.
- Guests assume all risks associated with the candle experience, including spills of wax and fragrance oil on clothing. Aprons are provided.
- Absolutely, no refunds. Only exchanges for a future date.
- Owner is allowed to cancel at any time during an emergency. We are owner-operated and a small business, please understand that things happen, be patient and graceful. If at any time, the owner has to cancel a candle experience or candle party, we will reach out to reschedule or issue a credit for a future date, if agreed.
